MANETTA ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.

02 VIP Reservations & Pricing

Our VIP Reservation program allows users to pay a nominal fee (the "Reservation Fee") to secure exclusive benefits.

  • Reservation Nature The Reservation Fee is a deposit to lock in your eligibility for our "Super Early Bird" discount. It is not a purchase of the final physical product.
  • Secure Processing via Stripe All financial transactions are processed exclusively through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information or CVV codes.
  • Pricing Modifications Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.
  • Discount Validity The "Super Early Bird" discount is valid only for the duration of our specific crowdfunding campaign and is subject to the platform's (e.g., Kickstarter) terms and conditions.

03 Refund Policy

We aim for complete transparency. Our refund policy regarding the Reservation Fee is as follows:

Guaranteed Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund of your Reservation Fee at any time prior to the conclusion of our crowdfunding campaign. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, simply contact us.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment (via Stripe) within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-10 business days).

04 Product & Crowdfunding Disclaimers

By participating in this launch, you acknowledge that you are supporting a crowdfunding project.

  • Estimates & Projections: Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occur.
  • Final Product Variation: The final product may differ slightly from the prototypes shown on this website in terms of color, materials, or minor design features for the purpose of improvement.

05 Limitation of Liability

In no case shall MANETTA, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.
